ABOUT Slovak Lacrosse federation (SLF) is civic organization and was founded in 2003. The SLF's and Member Clubs mission is to provide all-round care for the development of lacrosse in Slovakia and to create conditions for its development in all forms: Box Lacrosse, Inter-Crosse, Field Lacrosse, and Women’s Lacrosse. "We're currently exploring all opportunities to build a Junior program as we believe it is integral to the long term success of box lacrosse in Slovakia, internationally and domestically. The Junior program would help create a pathway for North American heritage players to eventually earn a spot on our senior team and contribute to the growth of the game domestically - and in turn getting more guys playing box." - said Tomas Rydlo Vice-President Slovak Lacrosse Federation.

Open to Slovak born citizen with a valid passport or any player who qualifies under the eligibility requirement conditions. Players must be born on or between January 1, 2002 – December 31, 2007, between twenty (21) and sixteen (16) years old in 2023. 

Please ensure you are selecting the correct year of birth.

Submission of this Interest to Participate form does not guarantee a prospective player a spot on only Slovak Lacrosse Federation roster nor serve as a reservation. Once an Interest to Participate form is submitted a Slovak staff member will contact and provide the prospective player with further information and instructions. Qualified prospective players are encouraged to complete the Interest to Participate form immediately as to help team officials identify future events.
